What does the $3.99 distribution fee cover?
It's a one-time fee per track to review your release and deliver it to the streaming services you choose. A single is $3.99, a five-track EP $19.95, a ten-track album $39.90. There's no yearly fee and no plan required.
How does release review work?
Our team checks your audio, artwork, rights and details before anything goes out. If something needs fixing, we send it back with a note so you can update it and resubmit.
How do royalty payouts work?
Streaming royalties become available after distributor reports are matched to your tracks and Finance confirms the funds arrived. The royalty withdrawal minimum is $10; tips, storefront and Fund withdrawals have a separate $25 minimum. Connect an eligible payout account; all payout requests require security verification and Finance approval. Reporting schedules, adjustments and bank processing can affect when money is available; there is no guaranteed arrival date.
When should I submit my release?
Submit before your intended release date and allow time for POLIREUM review, corrections and each store's processing. Store timelines vary; delivery is not a promise that every store will publish on a particular date. Contact us before planning a time-sensitive launch.
Can I distribute music made with AI?
Disclose whether AI was used and confirm that you own or control the necessary rights. AI use does not bypass review, and each store can apply its own eligibility rules. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
How can I contact support?

Do I need a paid plan?
No. You can create, release and sell on Free. Paid plans add more AI credits, storage and pro tools, and remove the storefront fee.
What happens to my music if I cancel?
Released music stays live on the stores even if you change or cancel your plan.
